Art Therapy is a form of expressive therapy that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person’s emotional well-being and help them to resolve issues as well as manage their behaviors and feelings, reduce stress, and improve self-esteem and awareness.

One of the most magical things of Art Therapy is the way it supports a person’s ability to express his/her feelings through any form of art, whether that is drawing, painting, singing, writing, dancing… whenever verbal communication fails.

You don’t need to be talented or an artist to receive the benefits of Art Therapy, nor has Art Therapy been designed only as a treatment for mental disorders. On the contrary, it can be used as a powerful tool for self-discovery.
